The registration form will be available from 20th of March 2017
All participants wanting to attend the Conference must fill the registration form online, following the procedure in the section How to register.
Registrations before April 10th will benefit from the Reduced fee.

Orders with no corresponding payment will not be processed.
Once the Secretariat has received the booking of the services and checked the payment has been correctly made, will issue and send the corresponding invoice of the registration by email (hotels will issue and hand their own invoices for lodging).
Those attendees having any disability or special dietary requirements, should state it in the Special needs section in the Registration form of your Private Area.
If you need to cancel your conference participation, please notify the Technical Secretariat in written form, by sending an email to email@example.com. For cancellations received before 2nd May 2018, the registration fee will be refunded minus a 20% handling fee for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 3rd May 2018.
Cancellation fees depend on hotel policy.
